What is a Property Protection Plan?

A tenant property protection plan helps protect you in the case of unforeseen loss of or damage to the property you store in your storage unit.

What Our Protection Plan Covers

While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, there is always the threat of dangers that can’t be predicted.

This is why we require tenants to sign up for our tenant protection plan when you store with us. We partner with SecureLease to provide this plan for your benefit!

Protections under our plan include:

Theft due to forcible entry.
Damage from fire, smoke, lightning, explosions, the ocassional haboob, and tornados
Commercial property and household goods.
Water damage from a leaking roof or broken pipes.
Furs, antiques, works of art, consumer electronics.
Cars, boats, jet skis, trucks, or motorcycles.
Document re-creation costs.
Moth, insect, rodent, or vermin damage.
Pays on replacement cost for their damaged or stolen property (clothing & household linens subject to depreciation)
