Maintenance fees at self-storage facilities typically run anywhere from $25 – $40 per month. Our facility charges a $20 fee based on our customers’ needs. Our managers conduct daily inspections of every unit on the property for damage or tampering. They also spray for weeds, lay out bug & rodent traps, clean the property, collect mail & deliveries for tenants, and more!
Absolutely. When your discount expires, your rate will revert to the standard rate. Any time this happens, we offer an extended stay special. This is where you pay multiple months up-front at the discounted rate you were originally quoted. Exceptions may apply; don’t hesitate to get in touch with a manager if you have any questions about our extended stay special!
Round disc locks, depending on the brand, are very difficult to bypass. These locks provide the best security for your items. You may provide a round disc lock yourself, or you can buy one at any of our facilities. All tenants are required to show a round disc lock at the time of rental, or the unit will remain overlocked with a temporary yellow lock.
Any unit rented after hours will be available the next business day. Since our managers are only on-site during business hours, they will unlock it as soon as we return to regular business hours. If you need immediate access after hours, please contact our online chat and they will try to get a manager to the location; however, this is not guaranteed.
